The directors of SWF have extensive experience of recruiting within social care and are looking to break the mould of agencies within the sector. What we are looking for? We are looking for a adaptable compliance professional with a high level of organisation to work closely with our directors to assess/implement compliance processes to assist with their growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and a company and who preferably has come from a recruitment compliance background in a Social Work/Healthcare setting.
