Automotive Production Line Simulation

Visual Components can be used to simulate multiple robots and tooling operating in the same work envelope. This simulation shows six KR125 Kuka robots spot welding a car on an automotive production line.

Visual Components software can interface with RRS2 (Realistic Robot Simulation) virtual controllers allowing for accurate cycle times and trajectory simulation.
