We are actively recruiting a 'Duty Compliance Team Leader' The successful applicant will lead the Duty Compliance Administration Team in all its daily tasks and processes, ensuring that HMRC documentation requirements and routines are completed and compliant, paying particular attention to duty points within production and supply chains. They will be responsible for ensuring the collection of data regarding Encirc beverages is administered at all stages of the process, from pre-arrival to discharge from HMRC warehouse controls. They will ensure the way the team process and collate information is compliant with internal procedures, and HMRC regulations Requirements · A strong team player and coach. · 1-2 years relevant people management experience. · Good knowledge and experience of HMRC warehouse operations both Customs and Excise. · Ability to successfully implement project and developments plans. · Excellent computer skills, knowledge of excel is essential. · Experience in the development and upgrade of software including testing. · Attention to detail. · Good communication skills both verbal and written What's in it for you To work with a market leader, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
