EllisKnight are partnered with a fantastic global business and an opportunity has arisen for an ISO/ RCI Compliance Manager to join them based in their European Head Office in Reading. Your main role will be to work with the Data Protection Manager/ISO Officer and RCI Manager, Finance Director to implement Privacy Solutions/ISO policy documentation as well as undertake finance projects. Main Duties Ensure that all employees are aware of and complies with Data Protection law, best practice and any case precedents, interpreting law changes into practical policies and procedures. Be the first point of contact for enquiries from staff Undertake proactive work and enforcement measures that promote good DP working practices and compliance with GDPR requirements Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance and address potential problems Give advice on the impact of data protection efforts Maintain continued compliance and certification for the ISO suite Ensure organisational compliance, and conformance with Data protection Principles Regulation (GDPR), and ensure it is reviewed on an annual basis Assist with investigations into complaints about breaches of the act and undertake reporting/remedial action as required. Maintain a log of any incidents and remedial recommendations and actions Build and maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. Clearly communicate information to stakeholders. Produce reports for senior management team as required Personal Specification Qualified in Data Protection and GDPR specialist Reviewing and analysing legislation and translating it into policies and procedures Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiations Extensive experience in business management Substantial experience reviewing legislation and translating into policies We look forward to hearing from you
